The property is set in 4 acres of land which is home to a pedigree herd of alpacas and 4 goats and is surrounded by open farmland and overlooks the Waveney River Valley. The whole area is crisscrossed by public footpaths making it ideal for anyone enjoying country walks or birdwatching. Just 5 minutes walk away is the Waveney River Centre boasting indoor swimming pool, Pub, Restaurant, convenience store and day hire river boats. The many local attractions within the area include Fritton Lake Country Park, Redwings horse sanctuary, Pleasurewood Hills theme park, the seaside towns of Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth, the historic Somerleyton Hall and Gardens, Africa Alive, the Norfolk Broads, the Historic seaside town of Southwold and many more.
