It was constructed in 1998 to a high quality specification and the accommodation consists of the following: Large lounge with tv and video. One double bedroom. One twin bedroom. One bedroom with bunks suitable for children or teens. One bathroom with bath and separate shower. A well equipped kitchen with fridge, washer/dryer and microwave etc. A spacious dining area adjoining the kitchen. A private, enclosed rear garden, which is safe for small children and suitable for barbeques etc. A garden shed, complete with portable garden furniture etc. Ample car parking. There is no smoking on the premises. Melagh cottage is a home from home and is suitable for a wide range of people, particularly those seeking a family holiday base or for couples who simply want a quiet rest. It is also suitable for the elderly with only one step to the front and rear entrances.

Melagh Cottage is situated in the quiet north Antrim town of Bushmills, close to the world-famous Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Bushmills Distillery and the glorious beaches of Portrush and Portstewart. There's golf, tennis and fishing in abundance nearby, so it's the perfect spot for an active family holiday or a quiet break. Bushmills is a Conservation Area and the surrounding area is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which contains some of the most spectacular scenery anywhere. The bungalow is ideally located for coastal walks, fishing, golf, pony trekking and as a touring base. It is close to the many attractions of the Causeway Coast including the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Dunluce Castle and the superb White Rocks beach. The shopping town of Coleraine is only 7 miles away and there is a wide range of restaurants in the village and the immediate surrounding area.
