Two Springbank is one of the inner pair of four cottages built in 1878 on the site of an old Tithe Barn. There are small open plan gardens to both front and rear and patio. The ground floor includes a comfortable sitting room with colour TV/DVD and electric fire. Through a large archway is the dining area with a free standing multi-fuel stove. To the rear, through a half door is a fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. A utility room with automatic washing machine gives access to the rear lawn, clothesline and patio area. The first floor bathroom includes a bath with electric shower over; w.c; wash hand basin and shaver point light fitting. There are two bedrooms:- A standard 4’6” double bed in the front and Twin 6’3” x 2’6”(Orthopaedic) beds in the rear. Three night storage heaters are situated on the ground floor. A wall mounted fan heater in the bathroom and oil filled radiator and convector heater in the front and rear bedrooms. Hot water is provided by an immersion heated tank in a landing airing cupboard with adjustable timer for both peak and off-peak operation. A cot and high chair are available on request. Electricity and Broadband wi-fi included in price as are all towels and bed linen (except cot). Telephone is installed for incoming and emergency calls. Kitchen is well equipped. Adequate village roadside parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and smoking not allowed within the cottage.

“Two Springbank” is a renovated mid-terrace cottage in a pleasant rural area, near to the 14th Century village church of St. George, Upper-Cam. About a mile away is the old market town of Dursley with its Swimming Pool, Sports Centre, and Shops. Footpaths through fields to the rear of the cottage lead to Cam Peak and Longdown on the Cotswold Way giving renowned views over the Severn Vale to the Forest of Dean, Welsh and Malvern Hills. By foot or car one can reach other viewpoints from the escarpment to the North and South of Dursley. Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust and Westonbirt Arboretum are amongst local attractions and within a 25 mile touring radius are Bristol, Bath, Cirencester and Cheltenham. Gloucester with its Cathedral and Museums is only fifteen miles.
