The Barn sleeps 5 in three pretty bedrooms, offering a king size bed in one double room, large hay loft window and view of Sugar Loaf, a single bedroom with ceiling light, and twin bedded room with two windows looking over the narrow valley below. the upstairs has modern French oak floor and built in wardrobes. Family Bathroom upstairs wit bath hand basin and toilet. Downstairs a modern spacious luxury kitchen, fitted with everything for a luxury holiday and table to sit eight. (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hobb, fan assisted cooker, separate fridge and freezer, slow cooker, food processor, tea, coffee, green detergents &food stores supplied and loads of cupboard space with long work surface).

Large lounge with three huge settees, television with dvd, cd player, some games in cupboards, lots of tourism information on table, wood burner with very large wood basket, first 25 kilos free. Electric and oil central heating included, although winter fuel allowance of 10 can be applied in severe weather conditions.

In front of Barn is the lawn, overlooking the Usk valley, here great summer sun sets, a gravelled court yard leading to the spacious ground floor Courtyard bedroom. Sleeps two in a double bed, has brew tray, fridge, toaster, television with dvd, wet room en-suite This is 15 per person per night self catering as a barn annex to sleep 7. Or this room is let separately at 45 per room, B&B self service. Parking behind barn for 3/4 cars. The Barn takes payment over the telephone using credit or debit cards, Visa, Master Card, and JCB. On booking a 10% deposit is required.

Water falls at Talybont and Ystradfelte, Fforest Fawr for walking and geology, and industrial history.
