Originally a working farm, Ivy House Farm was converted to holiday accommodation in 1989 and The Stables cottages were added a year later. Owl Cottage was build in 1997 to a traditional wooden framed cottage design with downstairs bedroom and disabled facilities achieving a Level 2 status. All the accommodation is owned and managed by Paul and Jackie Bradley, who live on site and you are assured of a relaxed and informal stay with the best of care. We are proud that all of our properties have achieved a 4 star English Tourism Council Rating and our on site facilities and entertainment have always been to the highest standard which, combined with varied and interesting day trips across the local region make for a great holiday experience. The top quality accommodation is accompanied by a wide range of sport and leisure facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, full sized snooker and pool tables, cycling, horse riding and table tennis.
Location:
Set in spacious grounds in the peaceful village of Wortham, the Ivy Farm House Cottages complex consists of five properties; the 17th Century Farmhouse, and four purpose built cottages. Ivy House Farm is ideally located as a base from which to explore East Anglia. Norwich, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge and Ipswich are all less than an hour away and the Suffolk and Norfolk Coast make for excellent day trips.
