Description:
The cottage sleeps five people in three well appointed bedrooms. Well behaved dogs over the age of 1 year are welcome by prior arrangement. This warm, comfortable and welcoming cottage sleeps five people in three attractive bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double, bedroom two a twin and bedroom 3 a single. A travel cot is also included. The family bathroom consists of a bath with a shower over, a hand basin and a toilet. A fan heater is also fitted. The lounge offers a “Home from home” comfy feeling, with sofa and armchairs, colour TV, DVD player, Video recorder, Radio and CD player. The old stone fireplace has a wood burning stove. The well equipped kitchen/diner offers a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, pine table and chairs. The built in hob and oven, with extractor fan above are electric. Leading off the kitchen is a utility room ideal for muddy boots. There is also a downstairs toilet with sink. All rooms, apart from the utility, have night storage heaters. The back door leads, via a pathway, to a raised patio area with herbaceous borders, garden furniture and a BBQ.

Situated in the tranquil village of Llanfrynach, four miles from the historic market town of Brecon. Ty-Bychan Cottage is an ideal location for walking in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park, Cycling, Golfing, Pony Trekking, or just relaxing in the peace of the countryside. There are many lovely hill walks within easy walking distance of the village and the Brecon to Monmouthshire canal is nearby, for those who enjoy a gentler stroll beside the water. The area is well served with pub/restaurants offering a wide selection of food. Brecon boasts a picturesque canal side theatre, a cinema, and, of course, the famous August Jazz Festival.
