Description:
Along a quiet leafy country lane a select group of six holiday cottages are set in large open grounds, surrounded by a patchwork of fields. There is a Hot Tub in its own building where you can either open the tinted windows and enjoy the country views or close them for a quiet, private, relaxing dip in the warm water. Sauna for four people, in a cedar wood cabin.
Wire free internet access is available in all cottages.
Outside tables and seating from which to enjoy views of the garden and countryside. Barbeque and Chimnea available. There is a field walk, ideal for walking the dog or that romantic evening stroll. A play area is situated away from the cottages, where youngsters can swing, climb, kick a ball or bounce on the trampoline.
The Old Stable (sleeps 2) Refurbished for spring 2011.
Old Stable is a very popular cottage for couples. There are views of the gardens and the countryside from the windows. All rooms are on the ground floor and the cottage has been completely refurbished for the 2011 season. It combines a living/dining room with a smart new kitchen area, which has a built in oven and ceramic hob. The living area has a comfortable settee, dining table and flat screen television with built in DVD player and ipod doc. The double bedroom has a newly fitted en-suite shower room with a power shower. Free Wi Fi is available throughout the cottage. Parking is on level ground just outside the door.
Penny’s (sleeps 4)
Lounge with comfortable suite and 32 inch flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and dining area. Separate kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Upstairs double bedroom and twin bedroom. Beautiful open country views from lounge and bedrooms. Large lawned area with picnic table, and parking outside the door.
The Shippen (sleeps 4 + cot)
Large lounge with dining alcove, 32inch flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and Video, log effect electric fire. Kitchen with fridge- freezer, microwave and electric cooker. Upstairs bathroom with shower over bath, heated towel rail, shaver point and fan heater. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom. A very comfortable cottage for up to four people. I am afraid we can no longer accept dogs in this cottage.
Kernewyck (sleeps 4 + cot) Refurbished for spring 2011.
Very large lounge with dining area, 32 inch flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and video. Separate newly fitted kitchen with built in oven and hob, microwave etc. Downstairs newly fitted bathroom with shower over bath. Upstairs double bedroom plus twin bedroom.

Accessed by seven steps and a short pathway. Facing South over a large lawned area with picnic table. Large kitchen with dining area. Separate lounge, 32 inch flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and Video. Ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Main bathroom on ground floor. Upstairs, bedroom with bunk beds and vanity unit and a twin bedroom.
Location:
Situated between Looe and Polperro and with easy access to the coast. The village of Pelynt is one mile away with local shops, public house and restaurant. Centrally located for easy exploration of Devon and Cornwall and attractions such as Helegan and the Eden Project.
