Dairy Cottage is situated at the end of the farm steading, it has it's own private enclosed garden which borders onto grass fields with views to the hills beyond. The back garden has grass area, flower borders and a patio area with garden furniture. Parking for two cars at cottage front door. Colour TV, radio, coal effect 2 bar and convector electric fire, video, video tapes, selection of books, radio cassette and tapes.

Washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the building opposite the cottage front door.
