SAHEDA is a spacious, cosy three bed roomed Victorian holiday home in a prime seafront location. Magnificent views over to Fife and the Bass Rock, ideal for a family or golfing holiday. Front garden with private parking, secluded south facing garden to the rear with patio/lawn/outdoor furniture and direct access to the putting green and tennis courts. Well maintained throughout, the ground floor comprises of reception hall, a large lounge with picture window, bright and airy sunroom, well-equipped modern kitchen with electric hob and oven, two sinks, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, pulley and separate dining area. There is a downstairs cloakroom and large hall cupboard for storage of coats, golf clubs. The accommodation on first floor comprises of two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, plus two bathrooms (one en-suite). All central heating, lighting, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Wifi available and pets allowed on request.

NORTH BERWICK is a thriving seaside town situated on the South shore of the Firth of Forth, 23 miles east of Scotland’s capital, Edinburgh. Easily accessible by car or rail with frequent trains to Edinburgh taking only 33 minutes. Edinburgh is the nearest airport, approximately a 45 minutes drive away.
The town and local area offers so much for the energetic visitor to enjoy, as well as for those seeking to relax. Saheda is a few minutes walk away from the mmagical sandy beaches, rocky coastline, the harbour with its award winning Scottish Seabird Centre and boat trips around Bass Rock, East Lothian Yacht Club the venue for many national and international dingy regattas and the excellent all weather tennis courts where the East Lothian Open Tennis Tournament is held annually. North Berwick along with its neighbours Gullane, Dunbar and Aberlady is home to some of the greatest golf links in the world and the Glen Golf Club is only 5 minutes from Saheda on foot, with the 18-hole (seasonal) putting green behind the house.
There is an excellent variety of shops, galleries, cafes, bistro’s, restaurants and pubs all within a short walk from Saheda.So much to see and do: Historic attractions such as Dirleton Castle, Hailes Castle, Museum of Flight, Myreton Motor Museum, Preston Mill and Tantallon Castle. Activities - sailing, archery, walking, cycling, diving and other water sports are on hand. Climb North Berwick Law, with magnificent views over East Lothian, the Firth of Forth, Fife and beyond. For wildlife enthusiasts Aberlady Bay Nature Reserve and the John Muir Walkway. Edinburgh with its year round festivals and major visitor attractions is on the door step for a great day visit. Plenty of other picturesque villages nearby to explore, for shopping with centres like the Fenton Barns Retail Village. The East coast and Scottish Borders are full of interesting sights to be discovered.
