Description:
The old barns have been thoughtfully converted into five holiday cottages, having a wealth of exposed beams and many original features. Comfort and convenience for our guests has been given high priority. The cottages have tastefully furnished living rooms with a television and DVD. Each kitchen area is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave and fridge/freezer. The spacious attractive bedrooms, with a choice of twin or double beds, have been designed for comfort and cater for individuals and family's alike. Travel cots are also available on request. There is plenty of under-cover parking available, and there is a shared patio and barbeque area. Due to the structure of the buildings this accommodation is strictly NO SMOKING. All barns are now fitted with free wireless internet connection.

Located just out of the market town of Hertford, our self catering holiday cottages are an ideal base for visiting rural Hertfordshire and central London. Set in a conservation area, Dalmonds Barns are situated on a working farm surrounded by fields and woodland, yet is only 30 minutes by rail from Central London. There are numerous opportunities for walking, cycling, bird watching and other passtimes such as fishing. Rye Meads RSPB and Lea Valley Park are just 5 minutes away. The market town of Hertford is renowned for it's many and various eating establishments, and offers a wealth of child friendly country pubs serving excellent food.
