Just outside the Dartmoor National Park (3/4 mile), mid-Devon. The Eden project is 70 minutes drive. Numerous National Trust properties, gardens and tourist attractions near. Convenient access to the excellent Exeter to Cornwall (A30) dual carriageway. The M5 motorway (junction 31) is 22 miles east of Beer Farm. The A386 skirts the western edge of Dartmoor and links Plymouth (south coast) and continues just west of Okehampton to Bideford, Westward Ho!, etc. (north coast). Local 24 hour petrol station with provisions. Supermarkets and banks in Okehampton. Excellent walking, horse riding and touring base. Stabling and grazing available.
