Old Buckenham is reputed to have the largest village green in Britain, forty acres in total. An attractive village which boasts a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, a converted windmill and village pond. The market towns of Diss, Attleborough and Wymondham are all close and give a flavour of traditional Norfolk life, provide some great shopping and eating opportunities. The area has an abundance of attractions and places of interest for all ages. Sample the produce of the vineyards at East Harling and Wyken Hall or if whisky is your tipple visit the St Georges distillery at Roudham.
