Fabulous for family holidays as the cottage is placed on a private road, away from traffic, surrounded by fields and magnificent views. As we are only a few miles from the gorgeous beaches of Crail, Anstruther and Pitenweem family fun in the sand is never far away, not to mention the world famous fish and chips. We have a communal garden area for use by all residents and a private back garden, with table and chairs, to enable you to relax and unwind after your hard days sightseeing, golfing or even shopping.

The cottage sleeps from 2 - 4 people comfortably. There is a double bed in the main bedroom and there are two single beds in the second bedroom. There is a separate bathroom with luxury shower adjacent to the double bedroom. A child's travel cot is also available with bedding as is a high-chair – an additional charge of £30 per week. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are all provided and included within the price. Please bring your own towels. The cottage has electric central heating and a fully equipped kitchen, including an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and washing machine. Private parking. All electricity costs are included. There is a television, DVD player, and a combination radio/CD player in the living room. Children are very welcome. No pets. Smoking is not permitted.

The cottage is available all year round and short breaks are welcomed (minimum 3 nights).
