Little Puddle Barn, Harriet's Cottage has been a long term project by Duncan and Vanessa Tombs incorporating cutting edge environmentally friendly technology. Features include a large area of glass tiled roof for the solar heating system, Huge hot heat storage tank feeding the underfloor heating and biofuel burner. The holiday cottage is half of this ambitious Grand Design, the other half is also available to let. There are sheep, peacocks and a host of wildlife living in the grounds which are bordered by the River Piddle which is more of a stream at this point. Downstairs is a fabulous open plan living area with modern kitchen, dining area and sitting area, all with heated polished concrete floors, top quality furnishings and modern lighting and entertainment. Spectacular glass and steel spiral staircase featuring glass treads leading to galleried area area with glass ballustrade overlooking the double height sitting area. The three bedrooms sleep 5/6 in king, double and 4ft beds. There's an ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom with large shower and double ended bath, and a separate shower room off the landing.
