Farmhouse wing comprises of three bedrooms (two with Double beds and one Twin room) all with washbasins. Linen is provided and beds are ready made when guests arrive. Cot and high chair available. Safety gate at top of stairs. Bathroom, shower, airing cupboard and immersion heater. Downstairs a combined sitting/dining room with electric fire, colour television and video. The adjoining kitchen has all essentials including fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, automatic washing machine etc. Fitted carpets throughout. Electricity by a 1 coin meter. A car is essential and there is ample parking. Lawned garden with picnic table and a safe are for children. Sorry pets are not allowed. A warm welcome awaits you in this comfortable and well maintained farmhouse. Open May to September. Booking only by deposit. Payment one month in advanced. Llawrdref is a working 17 century farm and our self catering accommodation is situated in the south facing wing of the farmhouse. This part of the Peninsula is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is ideal setting for anyone seeking the peace and tranquillity of the countryside. Whilst only being a short drive away from various tourist attractions in the prestigious yatching village of ABERSOCH with its two safe sandy beaches, shops and night-life. On the doorstep is the famous 3 mile strip of beach known as Porth Neigwl [Hell's Mouth] which is popular with surfers and sight seers alike. Llangian is our nearest village with shop and historical 6th century Church, We have a choice of three 18 hole golf courses (Nefyn, Abersoch and Pwllheli), all within easy reach. The Peninsula has numerous sandy beaches, ideal for walkers, cycling the narrow winding roads, pony trekking and sight seeing the breathtaking views.
