Description:
There is no TV, only DVD player. Launderette at the main house. Dogs are welcome but should walk on lead. All cottages are attractively furnished throughout with an eclectic mix of antique furniture and modern pictures and prints. Each has either an open fire or a wood-burning stove. Every bathroom now has a shower included too. Each one has an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, immersion heaters, with electric heaters in all rooms, as well as heated rails for towels. All visitors are able to visit Attadale Gardens free of charge during their stay.
Location:
Attadale is a 30,000 acre estate on the North West of Scotland. It stretches from the south shore of Loch Carron to Loch Monar, 15 miles away to the east. Attadale is ideally situated for touring the North West Highlands. To the North are Applecross, Loch Torridon, Loch Maree and the famous gardens of Inverewe. To the South is the magnificent scenery of Kintail, Glenelg and, at Kyle of Lochalsh, the bridge to Skye. The Estate has 4 holiday cottages to let and it's beautiful gardens are open to the public from April until 15th October. Walkers are welcome and a leaflet with a choice of walks is available.
