Adjacent to the highland holiday cottages, this holiday home was built in 1994 to a modern yet traditional design. It is a beautiful house, with elegant furnishings and very tastefully decorated. The house faces south-east toward Loch Sunart, overlooking the private slipway, with views to the hills beyond. On the ground floor, there is a large, comfortably furnished living room with gas ‘coal effect’ fire, TV/video, CD/DVD player, books and games & Broadband internet connection.The stylish, well-equipped kitchen/dining room has a dishwasher, AGA, microwave, fridge, freezer, central island and wooden floor. There is a further utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a cloakroom/WC. There is a large en-suite double bedroom on the ground floor which, being capable of entry direct from a ramp, is suitable for disabled use. Patio doors open onto the front garden area. It is tastefully furnished and the large bathroom is fully equipped with grab rails, a large wheelchair accessible shower compartment with seat and a jacuzzi bath. There is also a television. The first floor has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. All are tastefully furnished. Heating in all rooms is by electric heaters. Crockery and cooking utensils, and bed linen, towels and hairdryers are provided. There is a card-activated telephone in the house with computer socket for email or internet access.
