The property is a pretty detached cottage on the edge of the village. It is set in a pleasant garden which extends into a wooded area that has a footpath leading into a three acre Apple Orchard. There is ample parking plus a garage. The accommodation consist of: Kitchen fully fitted kitchen with Hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, Larder Fridge and Washing Machine. Pantry with freezer. Lounge/dining room, Sky digital television, variety and knowledge mix, video, CD Player and open fire (fuel provided). Bathroom with bath and shower. Two double bedrooms. There is also a folding single bed for use in a bedroom. Linen for bedrooms bathroom and kitchen is provided. South facing patio and large private garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Oil fired central heating throughout.
