The properties each have flat access throughout each with it’s enclosed rear garden, patio and seating. Situated in north Cambridgeshire, 5 miles from the port of Wisbech and 2 miles from Wisbech St Mary in a rural hamlet. Pub/restaurant 5 minutes walk. Shop, PO and fast food Takeaway 2 miles. Easy access (2 miles) to A47 and central for many towns, attractions and coast. All properties are fully equipped for self catering and are graded VisitBritain 4 Star. Each property retains the beamed character of their origins. The Barn sleeps 4 with ground floor twin room and galleried stairs to 1st floor double bedroom with toilet and south facing glass frontage. The Dairy Annexe is a 2 bedroom, with 1 double bedroom with TV and 1 further double bedroom, self catering bungalow style property, all ground floor. This property has a conservatory dining room opening onto enclosed lawned and patio garden. The Stable sleeps 2 with all facilities and twin ensuite bedroom. Prices are £180 - £420 per week. 3 and 4 day lets by arrangement. Prices include all kitchen and bed linen, towels, heating, power and laundry use. Our farmhouse is across the gardens from the Barn properties and we are on hand to help you get the most from your holiday. Your comfort is our priority. We are happy to endeavour to meet your needs to ensure you have a comfortable stay here. We are now an ALL ADULT SITE.

Situated 2 miles from A47 in rural Fenland with pub/restaurant 800 metres and shop PO, Take Away 2 miles at Wisbech St Mary village. Many eating houses with 2 miles and 5 miles from the port of Wisbech with it's markets, National Trust house and gardens, 3 museums, Elgood's brewery and gardens. Nearby market towns have their own charms and Peterborough and King's Lynn are both 17 miles easy drive. The area is steeped in history with many places of interest and provision for horticulturalists, bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, golfers, fishermen. Central for many attractions and 40 minutes from the coastal resorts of North Norfolk. Within easy access are Boston, Spalding, Stamford, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Cambridge, Ely, Downham Market and King's Lynn. Outings include Welney Wildlife and wetland Trust, Ely Cathedral and riverside, Collector's World at Downham Market, Flag Fen, the Nene Valley Railway, and Ferry Meadows at Peterborough, Burleigh House and historic Stamford, The Green Quay and Trues Yard at King's Lynn, Sandringham House, Oxborough Hall, Houghton Hall, Lyveden New Bield to name a few.
